Congratulations to the #SoMeT13US “Elite Eight” who have advanced to Round Two of the host destination competition.

There were a total of 11,919 votes registered in the first round. Here are the top eight seeds, based on number of votes received:

2.  Missoula, MT – 1,606

3. Milwaukee, WI – 1,328

4. Cleveland, OH – 1,231

5. St. Pete/Clearwater, FL – 882

6. Branson, MO – 799

7. Grand Rapids, MI – 735

8. Indianapolis, IN – 657

A late rally by Branson, MO helped them edge out Eau Claire, WI and the Mississippi Gulf Coast to move into the Elite Eight and garner the number six seed. A big thank you goes out to Eau Claire; Mississippi Gulf Coast; Pocono Mountains, PA; Eugene, OR and Waterloo, IA for participating! We hope so see you in the mix again next year!

Round Two voting will be four head-to-head matchups, starting on Monday, March 18th at 10 am Eastern Time. It will be a 12-hour voting window and each official Facebook account holder will have the opportunity to vote one time during each individual matchup.
